Spero Health, Inc. is an integrated healthcare services organization specializing in local, affordable drug and alcohol addiction treatment for individuals living with substance use disorder. Guided by the Mission to Save Lives, Instill Hope, and Restore Relationships, Spero Health was designed to expand access to care in the communities most impacted by addiction.
From the beginning, Spero Health has focused on delivering evidence-based outpatient addiction treatment that supports individuals not only through early recovery, but through long-term stability.

Regional Roots, National Reach
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, and privately held by Heritage Group, Health Velocity Capital, South Central, Inc., and Frist Cressey Ventures, Spero Health has grown to operate more than 75 freestanding outpatient clinics across six states.
Through this growth, Spero Health has become a national leader in office-based opioid treatment, helping more than 53,000 patients on their journey toward stable recovery from addiction. Today, Spero Health is one of the largest providers of outpatient opioid use disorder treatment in the country and is in network with Medicaid and most commercial insurance plans, expanding access to care for individuals and families nationwide.
