BRENTWOOD, Tennessee – Integrated healthcare services organization Spero Health Inc. has hired a new Central Indiana Medical Director. Darrin Mangiacarne will help oversee the launch of Spero locations and will provide patient care at the organization’s location on the northeast side of Indianapolis, which is slated to open March 1.
Mangiacarne previously was Co-chair of the Indiana Attorney General’s Task Force and is currently the President of the Indiana Society of Addiction Medicine.

The Nashville, TN-based Spero has locations in three states, providing care for over 5,300 patients and currently operates two other outpatient facilities in Indiana.
